YOUNG BUILDERS COUNCIL

The Young Builders Council (YBC) is designed exclusively for construction professionals under 40, offering a peer-driven community for networking, professional growth, and leadership development. With more than 200 members, YBC is one of the largest and most active groups within the Arizona Builders Alliance, dedicated to building the next generation of leaders in construction.

What Members Gain

YBC provides a wide range of opportunities tailored to young professionals, including:

  • Jobsite tours and educational seminars
  • Legislative updates and advocacy involvement
  • Quarterly member meetings and networking events
  • “Brews Crews” small peer groups for connection and mentorship
  • Leadership opportunities on the YBC Executive Board and Committees

YBC Committees

Members can also get involved in specialized YBC committees that focus on education, government affairs, membership, outreach, social programming, and scholarships.

These committees create pathways for young professionals to lead projects, strengthen skills, and give back to the industry and community.

Membership Eligibility

To join the Young Builders Council, nominees must:

  • Be under the age of 40
  • Work for an ABA member company in good standing
  • Pay annual dues of $350
