We want to prepare our members to succeed, so we decided to completely re-design the Senior Executive Program.

We have structured 6 unique sessions to help you build your knowledge, skills, and performance as a leader. Organized in three sections: Fight for Self – learn to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical health so that you are there for your family, friends, and colleagues. Fight for Team – build great culture, create high performing teams, develop the organizational DNA that will help your team succeed. Win in the Market – understand what’s coming, learn to build an organization that senses what’s changing in the market, create the agility to navigate threats and take advantage of opportunities.
The workshop format will allow you to learn from experts who bring the latest proven content while you practice problem-solving skills working with colleagues from across the market. These peer to peer interactions add to the learning environment and will help you to build and deepen relationships to help the industry continue to achieve excellence.
