Held December 12th at the DoubleTree Inn by Hilton, the ABA honored graduates of the Senior Executive Program and the Leadership Development Forum. Over 250 members attended to honor the graduates. Featured speaker, Carol McMullen, offered 10 tips for building relationships. Carol will be retiring from the ABA at the end of December and taking on a role as a Consultant with the Association. The LDF program develops construction professionals into informed, knowledgeable and active members of the industry, while preparing them for future leadership roles within their companies, the industry, and the Arizona Builders’ Alliance (ABA). Graduates have completed a series of year-long classes focusing on public speaking, leadership skills, and team building. In addition, graduates work on a Community Service Project all year. This year’s project was the Family Service Agency, where LDF students renovated the building.
