Morning Session
To achieve maximum production on our construction sites, the Last Planner® System plays a vital role in supporting the team effort in working toward planned accomplishments. Implementing LPS enables our project teams by increasing reliable predictability, understanding the network of commitments and demonstrating accountability as we move along a planned path.
