STP,
Supervisory Training Program, was developed by the AGC, is designed specifically to meet the needs of the construction industry. Developed, up dated, and field-tested by contractors and for contractors the STP Program is nine courses that focus on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials.

STP courses offer practical, relevant and time-proven ideas and skills that can help your people increase their performance and cost effectiveness.

 

 Supervisory Training Program units are 15 hour overview courses that present 9 key topics every successful supervisor must know: leadership, motivation, communication, problem solving, decision making, cost awareness, planning and organizing, production control, accident prevention and loss control, and project documents.

 

Each of the nine STP-Superintendent courses is 15 hours of intensive training presented over a Friday evening 4pm – 9pm and Saturday 7am – 4pm.
