This course will provide new Foremen and seasoned Crew Leaders with a variety of critical management skills. Your employees will learn a tried and proven step-by-step approach to tap into their natural abilities, develop new skills, and generally improve their performance as leaders, enabling them to aspire to higher management levels. Cost includes class manual.
