Program Specifics

Purpose: Develop construction professionals into informed, knowledgeable and active members of the industry while preparing them for future leadership roles within their companies, the industry and the Arizona Builders' Alliance (ABA).
 
Selection and Qualifications: Applicants from ABA companies who are nominated by their CEOs/officers. Limited to 30 qualified registrants: maximum one candidate per firm. Non-ABA members may be approved dependent upon space. Leadership Development Forum Task force will make selection of participants
 
Time: Monthly sessions (no class in July); 7:00am-2:30pm, the first business Friday of each month starting January.
 
Attendance: Attendance at all sessions is of utmost importance. Additionally, participants will:
  • Attend one Legal Roundtable (no charge)
  • Attend one Membership Mixer (no charge)
  • Participate in ABA Volunteer Day  
  • Attend one ABA board meeting
  • Solicit one item for annual ABA auction
Faculty: Instructor teams of recognized experts and successful contractors
 
Benefit: Graduates will be honored and certificates presented upon completion of the course. The ultimate reward will be a new understanding of the industry, the role ABA plays, and the opportunity to meet others who work successfully with construction issues.
