Duties
Will Include:
* Study Commercial Project Specifications and Blueprints to Determine Work Aids
Required and Sequence of a Commercial Plumbing Installation
* Installation of Plumbing Systems as related to Commercial and Industrial
Plumbing
* Supervise 30+ Commercial Plumbing Crews in Safe Installation and Assembly
* Knowledge of Boilers, Pumps, and Gruvlok Systems
* Skills of Pre-Task Planning and Scheduling of Manpower and Material
* Read Blueprints, Layout, Pre-Fab, and Rigging
* Assist in the Training of Apprentices
Skills/ Requirements
Commercial Plumbing Foreman/Superintendent Skills and Requirements Must Include:
* 15 Years Commercial Plumbing Experience
* 5-7 Years Supervising 30+ Commercial Plumbing Crews
* Maintain Arizona Journeyman License
* Work within Precise Limits and/or Standards of Accuracy
* Make Decisions based on Measurable Criteria
* Visualize Objects in Three-Dimensions from Plans to Drawings as well as
understand shop math
* Must have Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent and/or trade school

market who is seeing a Business Developer to develop strong
relationships with clients, assist in procuring work and
maintain client satisfaction, as well as maintain
relationships with the political and business community.
This candidate will also be responsible for the early
identification and development of new project opportunities,
searching out; identifying and establishing initial contact
with leads and new business situations and markets.

Position: Needed: HVAC Service & Maintenance Sales
Pay:
Experience Needed: The successful candidate will play a
critical role in the development and growth of the Commercial
HVAC Maintenance Contract & Service Sales business within the
Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff market. Contact property managers
in the commercial market place and local business owners to be
able to identify other opportunities that can lead to a new
clientele.
The candidate will help develop and adhere to
a growth-oriented business action plan to increase the position
in this market. Also, maintain a record of all account activity
within a sales database and periodically conduct a strategic
account review process with direct supervision and monthly sales
meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet a sales
quota of developing new customer opportunities
• Meet monthly
and quarterly revenue/gross margin activity
• Develop and
maintain an ongoing funnel of sales activity
• Provide
feedback on sales quota, sales performance and new account
development
Skills/ Requirements:
In addition to
having an understanding of commercial properties and/or facility
management experience, prior sales experience is required.
Computer literacy with solid skills in Microsoft Office

Ideally, possessing a
technical background and understand the utility infrastructure
of a building. Some business experience would be an asset.
Strong team player who works independently and knows how to work
collaboratively with other sales colleagues to leverage
