What to Wear?
Casual dress at ALL convention events; golf attire for the
Golf Tournament. The
La Jolla Shores Walking Tour recommends walking shoes, a hat and sunscreen.
For the Bike & Kayak Tour wear comfortable athletic clothing, tennis shoes and bring a bathing suit and towel. Sunscreen and baseball style hats are recommended.

Due to overwhelming convention sign-up, the ABA block of rooms at the Bahia Resort may be filled at the time of publishing this webpage. If you still need a room, call 800.576.4229, identify yourself as an ABA member, and book a room at the Catamaran. The room rate will increase as the occupancy rises, so book ASAP.
Need to cancel? - If you need to cancel your room (72 hour policy), let ABA know first as there is often a waiting list. Please email Susan Moore to cancel, confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you.
How Do I Get There?
Follow I-8 WEST to the WEST MISSION BAY DR exit toward SPORTS ARENA BLVD. Turn
RIGHT onto W MISSION BAY DR and stay in the right-hand lane. Follow the signs
for West Mission Bay Drive. VEER RIGHT onto the loop and follow through to W
Mission Bay Drive. Make a RIGHT at the second traffic signal GLEASON where the
hotel will be on the driver’s left side.
