Project Management Assistant Responsible for the coordination, heavy administrative support of the Project Management Team. Main duties will be to assist the Project Management Team with submittals and project related tasks and coordination with all departments.

Job Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: • Responsible for coordination of the submittal process • Create project start-up (upon receipt of project award memo) • Order Bid Bonds, Payment and Performance Bonds • Order insurance certificates, ensure Subcontractor certs are up to date • Create Project binders • Disburse Specs and bid book plans • Request submittal data from vendors • Process submittals in a timely manner • Run reports for PM's • RFI Entry and Transmittal entry • Ensure project filing system is created, up to date and organized for each new jobs • Miscellaneous administrative tasks for the Project Management Team Requirements: • Ideal candidate will be an administrative guru and love to "dig in" to get tasks completed • Previous experience in the construction industry and previous experience with the submittal process is strongly desired • Timberline construction software experience is a + • Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in timely fashion • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficient in computers including software for MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Positive and proactive attitude a must • Prefer degree and/ or 2 to 4yrs related experience Sun Mechanical offers excellent compensation and benefits package.
